The ‘Recognise Palestine’ billboard campaign

The Irish Congress of Trade Unions and Sadaka have launched a billboard campaign calling on people to pressure the Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan to recognise the State of Palestine on the 1967 borders.
If you support this call, then text PALESTINE to 51500 (standard text rates apply).
Please note that the IPSC, as an organisation in solidarity with the Palestinian people, has never seen our role as advocating solutions based on ‘one’ or ‘two’ states – this is a Palestinian issue. We believe the key task is to build support for the just demands of Palestinian people, as crystallised in the 2005 unified call for a campaign of boycotts, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israel until it ends its occupation of Palestinian lands, ceases its apartheid practices, and complies fully with its obligations under international law.
However, our members and supporters are free to advocate whatever solution they feel best offers a path to freedom, justice and equality for the Palestinian people.
