Mr. Qawasmeh has been working in the South of the West Bank over the past 14 years in the capacity of the Director of the Public Relations Department at Hebron’s Governor Office, as well as with a number international organizations in the field of human rights, development, education and direct action. Mr. Qawasmeh accumulated deep understating of the issues facing the concept of the Two State solution stemming from his field presence coupled with research and academic approaches.

The Irish Centre for Human Rights is pleased to welcome Hamed Qawasmeh who will address the topic: The Viability of the Two State Solution – A Testimony from the Ground.
