[Dublin] Lajee Cultural Tour Fundraiser (TUFP)
The Trade Union Friends of Palestine Education Group are hosting a fundraiser/awareness raising event for the Lajee Cultural Tour.
Funds raised at this event will go towards the costs of the Lajee Cultural Tour
The event is taking place on Wednesday September 7th at 7:30pm in Club na Múinteoirí/Teachers’ Club, 36 Parnell Square West, Dublin.
It will consist of a presentation from a couple of INTO Ambassadors who have been to Palestine followed by a Q&A and discussion, and ending with a traditional Irish music session from The Liffey Banks.
Admission is by donation and all money raised will be given to the Lajee Cultural Tour organisers to help to fund the costs associated with the tour, which brings a group of young people from Lajee Cultural Centre, Aida Refugee Camp in Palestine to Ireland in September to tour with their dance, music, photography and stories.
