Although the BBC has reported the savage murder of Muhammed Abu Khudair, the brutal beating of his cousin Tariq Khudair and the fresh air strikes on the Gaza Strip, their coverage of Israel’s massive ‘revenge’ onslaught on the Palestinians – entitled ‘Operation Brother’s Keeper’ – has, as usual, failed to give the true picture. BBC coverage has failed to report the sheer scale and extent of Israel’s latest ‘operation’, carried out, allegedly, to avenge the murders of three teenage boys from the illegal Israeli settler community in the West Bank. Editorial sympathy for Zionism, leading to double standards, sadly seems still to be alive and well at the BBC.
