TCD Students for Justice in Palestine, United Against Racism, Academics for Palestine, the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign and others are proud to host an Irish speaking tour featuring Palestinian student and BDS activist Malaka Mohammed between Wednesday 8th and Tuesday 14th February 2017 in Dublin (TCD & UCD), Maynooth (NUI), Sligo and Belfast (QUB). While most of the talks will take place on university campuses, they are open to all interested people. Palestine’s Blood, Israel’s Profit: ‘The Lab’ national film tour with director Yotam Feldman (28 March – 2 April)

In late March and early April the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign and several other organsiations are hosting special national film screening tour featuring the award winning new documentary about the military-industrial complex in Israel which explores how it is helping to turn Palestine’s blood into Israel’s profit. Two Palestinian films showing in Dublin cinemas in June

In great news for Palestinian cinema, two award winning Palestinian films are being screened in Dublin in early June. We’re excited that Palestinian cinema is finally getting some recognition here in Ireland. OMAR (2013, Hany Abu Assad) From 30th May to 11th June the award winning and Oscar nominated ‘Omar’ is showing in the Lighthouse Cinema, Smithfield, Dublin 8. Today, Thursday April 17th is Palestinian Prisoners’ Day, and to mark the occasion the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign will be hosting two events in Dublin – A vigil from 5-7pm outside St. Stephen’s Green to highlight private security firm G4S’ complicity with Israeli abuses in apartheid’s prison regime.
